About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in driving business success by analyzing and improving our IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems Analysis: Undertake analysis and development work related to existing and new systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Analysis and Management: Interview key stakeholders, engage with business users, support stakeholder management strategy during active projects, and acquire information about the business situation.
  • Requirements Engineering: Facilitate and document workshops to understand, document, and support design of business requirements, develop Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Implementation Plans.
  • Service Desk Incident Triage: Carry out investigation and analysis of Incident tickets raised through Service Desk and utilize BA techniques to provide suitable solutions to resolve.
  • Testing: Develop and record Testing and User Acceptance Plans.
  • Process Management: Visualize 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes through relevant process modelling technique, develop a detailed understanding of business processes, and drive operational improvement in core business processes.
  • Data Modelling: Document how data items relate to one another within an application, consider master data flow, and work with DBA to ensure database schema is understood and suitable for subsequent integration requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role(s)
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and ownership and responsibility attitude
  • Core skills and techniques in Stakeholder Analysis & Management, Requirements engineering, Business Systems & Process Modelling, Data Modelling, and Managing Business Change
