Job Title: Business Systems Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Business Systems Manager to lead our Business Systems team and drive the support, configuration, administration, and enhancement of our business applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and analysts to ensure the provision of a fully integrated, efficient, and customer-focused applications service.
  • Provide continuous support and maintenance of various applications, identifying and addressing potential problems and trends in application performance.
  • Offer technical expertise in the specification, procurement, and implementation of application-related products and services.
  • Develop and document operational standards and procedures, communicating with stakeholders regarding change management, system performance, and business needs.
  • Identify gaps in user knowledge and develop documentation to maximise system effectiveness, driving continuous improvement through development, UAT, training, and implementation.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 4+ years of experience in an engineering or equivalent working environment.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and superior time and project management skills.
  • Experience in team management and coordinating testing, changes, upgrades, and new services.
  • Basic understanding of MS SQL Server and SQL for basic queries.
  • Basic experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps within the Microsoft environment.
