About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and you will have the autonomy to take ownership of your role and make a real impact.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and promoting our charity's mission
  • Organise and merchandise donated stock creatively to maximise sales potential
  • Collaborate with our E-Commerce team to drive online sales
  • As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for managing the store in the absence of management, ensuring seamless customer experience and operational efficiency


Please note that this role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. You will also need to be comfortable with manual handling, as the role involves moving donation bags.
