Dental Receptionist

Bupa Dental Care is seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join their team in Market Rasen. As a key member of the practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impression
- Manage patient appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records
- Coordinate care packages for patients, working closely with clinicians to ensure seamless care
- Confidently promote and upsell Bupa Dental Care products and services, including plan options, finance, and insurance claims
- Provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and via email
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team to maintain a high level of practice efficiency
- Handle patient payments and maintain confidentiality
- Positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with excellent organizational skills
- Experience promoting company products and services
- Preferred experience with Dentally
