Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our experienced team at Bupa Dental Care in Market Rasen. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth patient journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a positive first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering phone calls, and updating patient records
- Coordinating care packages for patients and promoting Bupa Dental Care products and services
- Providing excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
Requirements:
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information
