About the Role
Bupa Dental Care is seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join their team in Market Rasen. As a key member of the practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Manage patient appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records
- Coordinate care packages for patients, working closely with clinicians
- Confidently promote and upsell Bupa Dental Care products and services
- Provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks
- Handle patient payments and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with excellent organizational skills
- Experience promoting company products and services
