We are seeking an exceptional Documentation Coordinator to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key support role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our project documentation.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, a pension scheme, and company event days.

In this role, you will work closely with our Engineers and clients to organize, maintain, and manage key documentation for our projects. You will need to have excellent document management and core administration skills, as well as experience with CRM/internal document management systems.

Austin Fraser provides a range of fire safety related services, including fire investigation, fire safety management, surveys, audits, and external wall surveys. Our office is located in Swansea, and we are looking for a local candidate who can commute easily.
