About the Role

Coworth Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Guest Experience to join our team. As a senior member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a truly exceptional experience while staying with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operational functions of the Guest Services and Guest Relations Departments to ensure seamless and guest-centric service.
  • Build lasting relationships with guests and create brand bonds to drive loyalty.
  • Coordinate and plan for all aspects of a guest's stay, including research and communication with all departments.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and training for the team, and liaise with the Director of Rooms on daily operations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
