Job Title: Guest Experience Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Executive to join our team at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. As a key member of our support office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through phone and email interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class pre-dining experiences over the phone and via email
  • Actively listen and respond promptly to guest inquiries
  • Maximize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Ensure inventory for our sites is maximized at all times
  • Complete all required guest information on the booking system (Guest Centre - OpenTable)
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest-related personal information
  • Stay up-to-date on all promotions and offerings to provide accurate information to guests
Requirements:
  • Experience in a high-quality, fast-paced guest service environment
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • High organization skills and respect for current company processes
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
  • Ability to build rapport with guests and teams
