Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Consultant to join our leading financial helpdesk, supporting our 1.8 million clients across the Investment and Pension departments.


This is a critical role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to provide timely and effective support to clients through inbound calls and written correspondence.


As a Helpdesk Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, working closely with the business to resolve complex queries and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.


With in-house training and the opportunity to work across the business, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.


We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients through inbound calls and written correspondence
  • Work closely with the business to resolve complex queries and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and service delivery
