Customer Service Representative

Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing timely and appropriate advice, and making straightforward appointment bookings and amendments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries (face to face, telephone and online), supplying potential patients with information about the services offered at the hospital.
  • Provide the customer with timely and appropriate advice regarding our consultants, specialities and pricing options aiming to covert them into a sale.
  • Make straightforward appointment bookings and amendments.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating sales leads via a CRM system and following each lead until closed, focusing on maximising sales whilst delivering high quality customer service.
  • Develop constructive relationships with various stakeholder groups including patients, consultants and medical secretaries.

Requirements:

  • Confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
  • GCSE in English and Maths with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
  • Good IT and keyboard skills.
  • Experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
