Job Description:

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Cancer Care Delivery Lead to oversee the development and implementation of cancer care pathways. This role involves working closely with clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cancer care pathways
  • Collaborate with clinicians and managers to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement quality assurance and monitoring processes
  • Provide training and support to staff on cancer care pathways
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., management studies)
  • Experience in clinical governance or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary:

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum
