We are seeking a Cancer Care Professional - Clinical Lead to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the clinical leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes in haematology oncology.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the implementation of clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient care and service delivery.
  • Conduct research and audits to inform clinical practice and contribute to the development of trust policy and clinical guidelines.
  • Provide line management responsibilities to CNS teams, including supporting professional development and conducting clinical risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement education and training programs.
  • Participate in nursing and clinical developments within the trust and contribute to the development of nurse-led care.
