Cancer Care Nurse Specialist

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is a leading cancer centre, providing world-class care to patients with cancer. We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our SACT Day Unit as a lead, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.
As a SACT Day Unit Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day management of the unit, including supervising staff, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of patient care. You will also be responsible for promoting a positive work environment, fostering open communication among team members, and encouraging professional development.
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide excellent benefits, including comprehensive training programs, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of cancer care
- Strong leadership and management skills
