Job Title: Reward Project Manager

At Frazer Jones, we are seeking a skilled Reward Project Manager to join our team. This role will play a key part in managing and delivering key reward initiatives, including compensation cycles, systems integration, and global projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Year-End Cycle Delivery
  • Establish and Manage a Governance Framework
  • Provide Regular Project Updates and Communications
  • Oversee Multiple Workstreams
  • Own and Maintain the Project Plan
  • Identify and Escalate Issues or Risks
  • Organize and Manage Project Closure Activities
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Lead
  • Regularly Update HR Leadership Team and Senior Stakeholders
  • Take Accountability for Project Timelines
  • Develop Training Plans and Materials
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Reward

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a year-end cycle in a matrix, global organization
  • Expertise in Workday system is essential
  • Strong data analysis skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent project and process management skills
  • Ability to effectively influence and engage multiple stakeholders across different time zones
  • Strong logical, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
