Rewards Manager

A key role has become available within the HR department of Bruin, working closely with senior leadership and various stakeholders to develop and implement the company's rewards strategy.
This strategic position encompasses both project-based initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual operations, as well as experience with Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs).
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the rewards programs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Manage compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and equity plans, ensuring competitive positioning.
- Lead and participate in projects related to rewards programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the administration of Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs) and ensure effective communication of these programs to employees.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of our rewards offerings.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support talent management initiatives and ensure integration of rewards with performance management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimise rewards programs and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, acting as a subject matter expert on all aspects of rewards.
