Job Title: Reward Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on reward policy and leading the operational delivery of annual salary and bonus review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the go-to contact for reward policy
• Providing advice to HR colleagues and the broader firm
• Leading on operational delivery of annual salary and bonus review
• Pay Gap Reporting in collaboration with ED&I teams
• Innovation of benefits and reward strategies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a reward function, ideally within a complex environment
• Strong analytical ability
• Excel SME
• Some team management experience advantageous
