About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical Reward Manager to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership Careers. As a key member of our global organisation, you will work closely with the Head of Reward to lead on cyclical reward processes, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and deliver on reward strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on the annual salary and bonus review process, ensuring consistency across the globe.
* Provide data to HRBP's and People Managers, supporting the group's reward strategy.
* Manage the organisation's recognition platform, fostering a positive work environment.
* Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, driving business growth.
* Support the creation of reward policy and strategy, aligning with business objectives.
About You:
* Highly analytical with experience working with large data sets, advanced excel skills, and brilliant attention to detail.
* Excellent data management skills, with proven experience providing analytical support in a HR environment.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
