Senior Care Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Care Officer to join our Children's Homes team at Hull City Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, support, and guidance on care plans and programmes.
- Work with staff to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Supervise and support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development of a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and development of each child.
About You:
- You should have a relevant qualification in childcare or social work, such as NVQ Level 3 in Child Care or a DipSW.
- You will have experience of working with children in care and be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- You will be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively with children, staff, and other stakeholders.
