Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing sales support, and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to customers, showcasing our latest products and services.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
