About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bar Server to join our team at The Savoy. As a Bar Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests
  • Collaborate with the Bar Manager and other team members to ensure seamless service
  • Learn and follow our 5-star standards and service sequence
  • Develop knowledge of our cocktails, champagnes, wines, and food offerings

Requirements

  • 12 years of serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Passion for and understanding of 5-star hospitality and what it takes to deliver it
  • Quick thinking, resourceful, and able to solve problems in the moment
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Rights to work in the UK
