Nacro is looking for a talented Community Support and Wellbeing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct input and support to teams across the area on practice, performance, and quality matters.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £26,678, which includes a base salary of £26,478 plus £200 for unsociable hours. This role is located in Grimsby/Hull and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a great annual leave entitlement and occupational sick pay scheme.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for regular travel. Familiarity with computer-based packages is also essential.

You will work closely with the Quality and Safeguarding Team to develop and implement procedures and toolkits relating to working with service users who require higher levels of support. This role also involves being a safeguarding lead, advising teams on effective management of incidents, practice, and reporting.
