Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management and maintenance of medical equipment, ensuring effective and safe operation with minimal downtime.

About the Role

The post holder will perform scheduled preventative maintenance, servicing, repair, calibration, safety testing, and commissioning of medical equipment appropriate to the grade. Work on more complex equipment may be undertaken under senior staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and testing of medical devices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in medical equipment maintenance and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
