About the Job

This role involves providing educational support to children with Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a specialist school setting. As a skilled Educational Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to create a supportive environment that allows children to thrive academically and personally.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to children in Key Stages 1 and 2
  • Assist teachers in lesson planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with therapists and parents to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Requirements
  • A track record of working with SEND children, preferably in an SEND Setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain relevant qualifications
