**Job Opportunity: SEN Support in Key Stage 2**:

The Supply Room is seeking dedicated individuals like you to join our team as SEN Support in a vibrant Primary School in Wembley. If you have experience supporting children with SEN and thrive in a dynamic educational environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs in Key Stage 2.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to teachers and SENCO as necessary.
- Assist with the development of resources and materials to support learning and engagement.
- Promote positive behavior management techniques and reinforce school policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
