We are seeking a skilled Contact Centre Supervisor to improve customer satisfaction by responding to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves supporting Sales Consultants by booking viewing appointments and maximising efficiency of sales consultants' time.

This is a rota-based position from Monday to Sunday, with core hours from 10am-8pm. We offer agile working possibilities and are open to part-time hours or job share prospects.
