About the Opportunity

Vistry Group is a leading provider of affordable mixed-tenure homes, and we are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service standards are met. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service standards
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a customer-facing environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
