Sales and Revenue Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Revenue Strategist to join our team in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering annual revenue targets for groups, meetings, and events segments in Locke and Cove properties globally.
This is a full-time role based out of our London Office (near London Bridge) with flexibility in work location, working days, and hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a small team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and agencies
- Collaborate with Property and Close-to-Property teams to develop and implement strategies
- Proven experience in MICE sales and account management within hospitality or corporate accommodation in the UK and Europe
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial awareness with a strategic mindset
- Tenacious, organized, and driven to achieve targets
Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
