Job Overview

This role will involve working with families and individuals who require assessment, care management, and social work services. As a Senior Specialist Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering a statutory social work service, ensuring that all stakeholders receive the best possible support.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You will also have completed relevant post-qualifying training and hold a satisfied enhanced DBS check. Additionally, you should be proficient in registration processes and familiar with referral schemes and incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, care management, and social work services to families and individuals
  • Act as an allocated social worker responsible for delivering a statutory social work service
