Senior Care Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Medication-Trained Senior Care Assistant in Bradford.

Location: Bradford

Estimated Salary: £31,500 / Annum

About the Position
  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that enhances residents' lives.
  • You will supervise and support healthcare staff on your shift, ensuring they follow best practices.
  • You will assist residents with daily personal care, nutrition, and promote their independence.
  • You will facilitate social and recreational activities to improve residents' quality of life.
  • You will identify and report any safeguarding concerns immediately.
  • You will monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to senior staff.
Essential Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Senior Carer or similar role in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
