Customer Expansion Specialist

The Business Development Executive plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and onboarding new accounts, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into business leads. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities:
- New Account Onboarding: Identify and onboard new accounts to fuel growth
- Prospect Qualification: Qualify prospects and convert opportunities into business leads
- Data Management: Capture data and insights in our CRM and tech stack to track progress
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the account development team for seamless transitions
Requirements:
- 12-24 months experience in sales, preferably in a full cycle role
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic sales tools and CRM software
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Growth Mindset: Driven, people-oriented, and ambitious with a growth mindset
Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
