Tenancy Sustainment Officer

This role is part of the Housing & Neighbourhood's Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team (TEST) based in Sheffield City Council.

The successful candidate will provide support on two broad functions of the TEST team:

  • Safeguarding
  • Training and CPD delivery to Housing

Key responsibilities include ensuring Housing systems remain up to date and contain accurate information, managing inboxes, processing and responding to referrals, and utilising various systems to accurately record and extract data.

The role also involves assisting practice development coordinators in researching cases, attending multi-agency meetings, analysing and extracting data, and assisting in the organisation of training and leading on the administration of systems, booking and arrangements.

Excellent IT skills, the ability to keep accurate records, sound written and verbal skills, and self-motivation are essential for this position.
