Barchester Healthcare Opportunity
We're looking for a talented and ambitious Registered Nurse RN (General) to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse. This position offers an exceptional chance to utilise your clinical expertise and leadership skills to drive improvements in patient care and outcomes.
Your primary focus will be on supporting the performance of our care homes in the South West, ensuring they consistently meet the highest standards of care. You'll be responsible for reviewing clinical governance databases and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and developing effective strategies to address any issues that arise.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and best practices in patient care. If you're a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- SUPPORT THE PERFORMANCE OF EACH HOME TO ENSURE HIGHEST CLINICAL STANDARDS
- REVIEW CLINICAL GOVERNANCE DATABASES AND KPIs
- DEVELOP EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO ADDRESS ISSUES
Requirements:
- REGISTERED NURSE RN (GENERAL) WITH CURRENT NMC REGISTRATION
- STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF CURRENT REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
