Regional Care Excellence Lead

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Care Excellence Lead to drive quality improvement and excellence in care across eight care homes in the South West.
The successful candidate will lead and support our clinical governance and quality of care initiatives, working closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff.
This role requires regular travel and offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting quality improvement initiatives
- Developing and implementing clinical governance policies and procedures
- Collaborating with senior clinical staff and improvement specialists
To be successful as a Regional Care Excellence Lead at Barchester Healthcare, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration and evidence of continued professional development.
You should have experience working in a care home environment and possess strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to share knowledge and build relationships.
