We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service in the industry, employing over 1,500 people, at 17 depots across the UK, with a Support Centre and Hub Distribution Centre based in Manchester.
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Brands Activation Specialist to join our regional development team. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the company's continued growth and expansion into new markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective regional activation strategies to drive portfolio growth and meet annual objectives. You will work closely with our regional account managers, telesales teams, and other stakeholders to deliver compelling retailer propositions, maximise distribution, and increase Rate Of Sale (ROS) of our Signature Brands products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional activation strategies to drive portfolio growth and meet annual objectives.
- Build strong relationships with regional account managers, telesales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of activation plans.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand awareness campaigns, events, and promotions that drive engagement and conversion.
- Maintain and strengthen brand image consistently, including growth and development of new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the beverage industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work hours and travel requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business.
