Regional Care Quality Manager

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a talented Regional Care Quality Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As part of our South West region, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest clinical standards are met in eight of our care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care delivery.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to address any issues that arise.
You will need to have strong leadership skills, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on action plans. A Registered Nurse RN (General) with current NMC registration is essential, along with evidence of continued professional development and a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
**Salary and Benefits**
The salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
