Job Overview

Rullion is seeking a highly skilled Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing key documentation, conducting early assessments, and providing human factors assurance input into ALARP based optioneering studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze human factors documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct early human factors assessments to identify potential issues and risks.
  3. Develop and implement human factors high-level task and error analysis to inform design decisions.
  4. Monitor and track human factors issues to ensure timely resolution.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update proposed design control inputs for detailed design.
  6. Conduct fault schedule reviews to identify potential safety risks.
  7. Review and analyze protection schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Provide human factors assurance input into ALARP based optioneering studies to inform business decisions.
  9. Conduct human factors safety assessment work to support HAZAN.

Requirements:

  1. Must have experience in a highly regulated industry, such as nuclear.
  2. Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
  3. Must have Chartership status.
  4. Must have experience creating human factors deliverables for submission to regulators.
