Human Factors Specialist

Job Summary:
Rullion Limited is seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Specialist to join our team. As a Human Factors Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing key human factors documentation, conducting early human factors assessments, and providing human factors assurance input into ALARP based optioneering studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review key human factors documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct early human factors assessments to identify potential risks and hazards
- Provide human factors assurance input into ALARP based optioneering studies to ensure that design solutions are safe and effective
- Monitor captured human factors issues and update proposed design control inputs for detailed design as required
- Carry out fault schedule reviews and review protection schedules to ensure that design solutions are robust and reliable
- Undertake human factors safety assessment work to support HAZAN and provide assurance that design solutions are safe and effective
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field
- Chartership status
- Experience within nuclear or another highly regulated industry
- Experience creating human factors deliverables for submission to regulators
