Recruitment Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our M&E Recruitment team in Norwich. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional sales performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A salary of £52,500 per annum is on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Deliver exceptional sales performance and meet or exceed targets
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

- Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
