Behaviour Mentor Specialist

This role involves working with a Secondary school to support children diagnosed with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Social, Emotional Mental Health (SEMH). The ideal candidate will have experience in managing challenging behaviour and building professional relationships with students.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students aged 11-18 years with SEND and SEMH needs
- Manage challenging behaviour using effective strategies
- Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members
- Have a fun but firm presence in the classroom
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience working with children with SEND and SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Possess a passion for education and supporting vulnerable students
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
