Staff Wellbeing Consultant Clinical Psychologist

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinical psychologist to join our team and lead our staff wellbeing initiatives in maternity and neonatal services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting the well-being of staff and developing clinical psychology services to support them.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote staff wellbeing and reduce stress and anxiety.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver training programmes to support staff wellbeing.
- Provide supervision and support to junior clinical psychologists and other professional groups as required.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to staff wellbeing.
- Represent the trust at local and national levels on issues related to staff wellbeing.
- Eligibility for Chartered Clinical Psychology status and registration as a clinical psychologist with the Health & Care Professions Council.
- Postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996) as accredited by the BPS, including specifically models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics and neuropsychology, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology.
- Substantial post qualification experience working in a clinical medical/health psychology setting.
- Experience of working with a wide variety of client groups, across the whole life course and presenting with the full range of clinical severity across a range of care settings including outpatient and inpatient.
- A competitive salary of £62,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience.
