Senior Psychologist Vacancy

We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to lead our clinical team in Nottingham. As a key figure in our organisation, you will oversee the development and implementation of therapeutic interventions for children and young people who have experienced trauma.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, including a Doctorate or Stage 2 qualification in Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychology. They will also be registered with the HCPC and have significant post-qualification experience in a relevant setting. A driving license is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of therapeutic interventions for children and young people
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Foster a collaborative working environment among clinical team members

Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Stage 2 qualification in Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychology
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a relevant setting

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Training in risk assessment and inventories (SAVRY, M-PACI, MACI)
  • Modes and models of intervention (EMDR, DBT, CBT, MBT)
