Sales and Account Manager

At Optima Recruitment Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a well-established company that values innovation and success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include converting inbound calls and enquiries into sales, generating sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in sales support, account management, or customer service. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £36,000 (DOE) + bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, free onsite parking, and excellent career opportunities. If you are a self-motivated individual who is passionate about sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
