About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including companies, individuals, sole-traders, and partnerships. This will involve regular client contact, project management, and staff training and development.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a pro-active relationship with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Project confidence and credibility in dealing with both clients and colleagues.
- Prepare and oversee the production of accounts for a mixed portfolio of clients, including sole traders and complex partnerships.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, promoting their professional development.
- AACA or ACCA qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Client Manager or Senior Accountant in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience and background, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The role provides opportunities for career progression and professional development, working with a dynamic and supportive team.
