We are seeking a Portfolio Manager - Cleaning Services to join our team in Surrey and SW London areas. As a Portfolio Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of sites, managing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring client satisfaction across assigned contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and uphold high-quality cleaning services, ensuring client satisfaction across assigned contracts.
  • Assist the Operations Director in start-up procedures, including client liaison, ordering of stores/equipment, and putting in place all necessary systems.

You will be responsible for adhering to the Company's quality management system, maintaining efficient and accurate records for quality, cost control, and personnel in line with best practice management. Regular site visits, audits & inspections will be required to ensure quality standards are being maintained.

You will work closely with key personnel, ensuring the motivation, discipline, safety, and general welfare of all cleaning operatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning management over a large number of sites, a full UK manual driving licence, and IT literacy.
