Role Overview

This pivotal leadership role will shape and drive organizational change that meets strategic objectives and fosters an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and refine a comprehensive change management methodology
  • Work with various departments to ensure consistency, transparency, and engagement at every stage
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships, building trust and effectively influencing outcomes
  • Drive impactful change that benefits both the University and its diverse community
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG Practitioner in Change Management)
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, influence, and leadership
