Part Time Support Worker


Company Overview:

Bush and Company Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled support worker to provide flexible assistance to a young female with an acquired brain injury.


Salary:

£12 per hour, weekdays


Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who can support our client in accessing the community, going shopping, and participating in social events. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with daily tasks, such as going out for food or to the cinema, and accompany our client to school trips and holidays.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working with children with additional needs is essential
  • Previous experience of supporting someone with a visual impairment and cerebral palsy is desirable
  • A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

Work Hours:

The role will initially require 16-22 hours per month, with specific shifts on Monday, Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday. We offer flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your time effectively.
