We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Personal Assistant to provide complex needs support to an individual with autism spectrum disorder.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the individual's daily routines, including meal preparation, personal care, and domestic tasks.

A Mental Health Occupational Therapist qualification or relevant experience is highly desirable, along with flexibility to adapt to changing medical needs.

The ideal candidate will also have a car and a clean driving license, as well as basic knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL).

A safeguarding Adults/Children certification, Autism/Aspergers training, and a satisfactory DBS check are necessary requirements.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
