**The Role**:
Reporting to the Dealership Accountant
This role is full time working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour lunch, Part time and flexibility in time/hours will be also be considered.
Main purpose of the role is to assist with the seamless operation of the accounting and financial procedures within the dealership
Assistance in production of monthly management accounts
Daily bank reconciliations, bankings and cashflow
Assisting Purchase Ledger, from invoice processing through to monthly payment runs
Managing Vehicle funding lines
As well as additional ad-hoc duties that come up within the accounting functions
**The Person**:
You must be numerate, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
Good organisation and communication skills are essential
Ambitious and willing to undertake further training and development
