Accounting Coordinator

Hales Group is recruiting an experienced Accounting Coordinator for a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be based on the outskirts of Harleston, near Norfolk.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary of £31,750 per annum, as well as 21 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. If you have a passion for finance and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Balancing accounts and maintaining accuracy.
- Reviewing and reconciling company bank statements.
- Managing debit and credit control processes.
- Organising and storing financial documents.
- Processing payroll for all employees.
- Creating monthly management accounts and contributing to budget development.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual accounts.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting or a related field (desirable).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
